  • 70 grams of feta cheese (you can use yellow cheese)

Method of preparation :

Melt in a pan 1.5 tablespoons of oil over medium heat, add 1 crushed garlic clove, breadcrumbs, thyme and salt. When the breadcrumbs start to turn red, remove the pan from the heat, transfer its contents to a bowl and leave for a while.

Clean the pan with paper again and put the last spoonful of oil. When it melts, add the sliced mushroom and fry until soft (about 5 minutes, it will begin to acquire a golden brown color).

Grease 2 baking tins with oil and put cabbage in each of them, then mushrooms, and on the mushrooms beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Sprinkle with grated cheese and add 1 tablespoon of cream. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the eggs are firm (the rack should be at the middle level of the oven).
