Necessary products for two portions:
- 4-5 red peppers
- a crescent onion
- 400 grams of raw sausage of your choice
- 1 clove garlic
- salt, pepper
- 30 grams of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- chopped fresh parsley
Method of preparation:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cleaned and sliced peppers. Add onion, finely chopped garlic and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir and after 2-3 minutes remove from the heat.
Pour the vegetable mixture into fireproof bowls and arrange the sausage in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Cool and cut into pieces.
Distribute it in the bowls and beat two eggs in each. Bake the dish for 15-20 minutes, cool and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy the taste.
