Necessary products for two portions:

  • 4-5 red peppers
  • a crescent onion
  • 400 grams of raw sausage of your choice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • chopped fresh parsley

Method of preparation:

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cleaned and sliced ​​peppers. Add onion, finely chopped garlic and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir and after 2-3 minutes remove from the heat.
