How To Cook Baked Fish Rolls Stuffed With Pineapple And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Roasted fish rolls stuffed with pineapple and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

800 grams of fillet of salmon, trout or other red fish
200 grams of canned pineapple
50 grams of ground walnuts
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lemon
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet, cut it into oblong pieces 5-7 cm wide and dry. Put in a suitable baking dish.
If the fillet is greasy, marinate in lemon juice, if not - use a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice.
Marinate for an hour, then add salt to taste. Drain the juice from the canned pineapple, mash the garlic cloves and grind the walnuts.

Put slices of pineapple on the strips of marinated fish, sprinkle with ground nuts, crushed garlic and roll. Place them in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Wait 15 minutes before serving.


Suitable additions to the dish are vegetable salads and dietary side dishes.
