Learn how to cook "Oven-baked fish with milk-egg filling and yellow cheese crust". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of fish fillet of your choice
150 grams of yellow cheese
1/2 lemon
1 onion
2 tablespoons oil
200 milliliters of milk
3 eggs
1 large tomato
spices for fish to taste
salt, ground black pepper, parsley to taste
Method of preparation :
Rub the fillet with the spices and pour over the freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon, put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then place in a greased pan and arrange the peeled and sliced onions on top.
Beat the eggs and milk with a mixer (medium speed), season the mixture to taste and pour it over the fish. Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Wash the tomato, cut it into thin circles, which you arrange on the already roasted onion. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and return the dish to the oven until an appetizing crust forms on the surface.
Serve with chopped fresh parsley.
