How To Cook Baked Fish With Potatoes And Milk-egg Filling - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of fish fillet of your choice
600 grams of boiled potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 tea cup of fresh milk
100 grams of old onion
green onion to taste
salt to taste
flour for rolling
oil for frying
mayonnaise if desired and to taste

Method of preparation :


Wash and dry the fillet, cut into portions, season with salt and pepper, roll them in flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
Peel the boiled potatoes, cut them into thin circles.
Peel an onion, chop finely and fry lightly in oil.
Grease a suitable form with fat, arrange an even layer of half a potato and fried onions on it, spread with a little mayonnaise.
Next is the fish and finish with the remaining potatoes.
Beat the eggs lightly, mix with the milk until smooth. Pour this mixture over the products and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped green onions, cut into portions and serve.
