Learn how to cook "Baked fish with tomatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
600 - 700 grams of lean fish fillet of your choice
1 tomato
3 - 4 tablespoons cream
3 - 4 cloves of garlic
fresh dill or parsley
left
pepper
50 - 70 grams of yellow cheese
Method of preparation:
Cut the fish into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Arrange them in a pan, sprinkle with chopped garlic and spread with cream. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles and distribute the next layer of them, add salt. Grate the yellow cheese and mix it with the chopped parsley or dill. Sprinkle on top.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
