How To Cook Baked Fresh Potatoes With Garlic And Parsley - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes (maybe fresh, maybe old)
  • a few cloves of garlic
  • spicy red pepper
  • parsley
  • olive oil or vegetable oil
  • left

Method of preparation :

If you use old potatoes, peel them first, and you may not peel the fresh ones. Cut them in half or place whole, if not very large, in a pan greased with oil or olive oil. Add salt to taste, paprika, a little more fat and stir. Place the pan in the oven and bake the potatoes until ready at 200 - 250 degrees. Stir periodically with a wooden spoon / spatula to bake evenly on all sides.

Sprinkle the prepared potatoes with mashed or chopped garlic and parsley.
