How To Cook Baked Garlic Potatoes With Spices And Parmesan - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of fresh potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 pinches of salt
  • 1-2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
 

for dip:

 

  • tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Method of preparation:


Wash, dry and cut the potatoes lengthwise.

 

Put them in a bowl, add olive oil, garlic, salt, chopped parsley, parmesan and stir. Pour the flavored potatoes into a pan covered with a sheet of parchment and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.

 

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients and mixing until homogeneous. Serve the potatoes garnished with the milk dip.
