Required products :

  • 1 pack of 400 grams of gnocchi
  • 220 grams of cleaned and chopped kale
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons white wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 50 grams of cheddar cheese - grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation :

Grease a ceramic pan with oil and set it aside.

Boil the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. One minute before removing from the heat, add the kale, then strain.

Fry the crushed garlic cloves in the butter on a medium heat. Mix the flour in the butter and pour the milk into the mixture. Cook until boiling and the sauce thickens slightly. Add the lemon zest and cheddar. Pour the resulting sauce over the gnocchi and transfer to the prepared pan. 

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the dish turns golden .
