Required products :

  • 450 grams of gnocchi
  • 170 grams of hard cheese (Fontina)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped ham
  • 1 1/4 tea cup fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • pepper
  • 2 slices of bread broken into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 leek, cut into circles
  • green onions to serve

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease 4 ceramic bowls with oil or other grease of your choice.

Combine the gnocchi, cheese, leeks and ham and distribute in the baking trays.

Mix the flour, milk, garlic and half a spoon of black pepper well to dissolve the lumps of flour. Pour over the gnocchi.

Finally, combine the breadcrumbs and butter, stirring to spread evenly. Spread them on the gnocchi and bake for 35 minutes.

Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
