Required products :

  • 4 slices wholemeal bread, lightly toasted
  • 100 grams of goat cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon walnut oil
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • sea ​​salt to taste
  • honey for sprinkling
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Method of preparation :

  • Arrange the wholemeal slices in a tray covered with baking paper.
