Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of Halloumi cheese
  • 10 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 grams of savory
  • 2 grams of dried oregano
  • 2 grams of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • sheet of aluminum foil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the cheese into slices and place it in a tray lined with aluminum foil. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, savory, oregano, basil, paprika and garlic powder.

Stir and use a silicone brush to spread the cheese. Fold the foil, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cool, arrange on a plate and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve and eat with pleasure.
