Required products :
3 liters of milk
1 liter of kefir
3 eggs
10 grams of salt
30 grams of sugar
150 grams of dill a
pinch of ground white pepper
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs and kefir with a fork, season with salt, sugar and a pinch of white pepper.
Bring the milk to a boil and then add the kefir to it. In a few minutes the liquid will cross. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once this is done, strain through a layer of gauze and add the finely chopped dill. Stir and wrap the table in gauze, put some weight on top. Let stand 3 hours in a cool place.
Then unroll the fabric, smear the surface of the cheese with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
