Required products :

  • Lamb meat
  • sweet peppers
  • bow
  • garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • mint
  • dry white wine
  • oil

 

Determine the quantities to taste and according to the desired number of servings.

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into portions and the peppers into circles, pre-cleaning the seeds.

Finely chop the onion, a few cloves of garlic, parsley and mint.

Pour the spices and peppers into the bowl with the lamb and pour the white wine. Allow the meat to marinate for 4 hours.

Then wrap each piece of meat together with the vegetables and spices in foil, which you have previously greased with oil and arrange in a pan.

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 2 hours.

The result is a juicy dish with a superb aroma.

You can serve with potatoes or anything else of your choice.
