Required products :
1.5 kg of fresh bacon
7 cloves garlic
salt and spices to taste
20 grams of mustard
Method of preparation :
Wash the bacon and cut it into pieces. Rub each of them with salt and spices of your choice. Lard with garlic and spread with mustard on all sides.
Wrap the bacon in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The exact cooking time depends on the thickness of the layers of bacon.
Then remove the foil and return the pieces to the oven for another 10 minutes to bake and form a tempting crust.
You can serve the baked bacon both hot and cold. You can freeze the remaining amount.
