Required products :

  • 250 grams of pasta
  • 400 grams of zucchini
  • 400 grams of chopped tomatoes
  • 200 grams of ham (or bacon)
  • 400 milliliters of cooking cream with 10-20% fat
  • 300 grams of mozzarella (without salt)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • salt if necessary
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method of preparation :

Put the red, black pepper, garlic and salt in the cream, let the liquid absorb the aromas and flavors of the spices.

Boil the pasta.

Cut the ham (bacon) into thin slices about a centimeter wide. If you use bacon, fry it in its own fat and leave it on paper to absorb the unnecessary amount.

Cut the zucchini into pieces about 0.5 cm thick, then fry until soft and covered with a yellow crust.

Mix the pasta, vegetables, ham and cream. Pour them into a pan and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees until the coating melts and turns red.

Have a good time!
