Required products :
3 fresh frozen mackerels
3 teaspoons mayonnaise
3 teaspoons mustard
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the fish, clean it, cut off the heads and tails, dry with paper. Then cut into equal sized pieces, add salt to taste and start making the sauce.
It is easy and fast, you just need to mix mayonnaise and mustard. Spread the mackerel with this combination and arrange in a tray, the bottom of which you have previously covered with foil.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
The dish is delicious both hot and cold.
