How To Cook Baked Mashed Potatoes With Garlic, Cheese And Green Onions - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of potatoes

5 - 7 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)

3 - 4 cloves of garlic

50 - 70 grams of yellow cheese

salt to taste

green onions to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and wash the potatoes, put them in a saucepan, fill with water, add salt and cook until cooked.

Then drain the liquid, add olive oil, crushed garlic and mash the potatoes until smooth. Transfer it to a pan greased with olive oil, sprinkle the surface generously with grated cheese and chopped green onions.

Place the dish in a preheated oven until golden brown.

Serve the finished puree hot with meat and vegetables.
