How To Cook Baked Mashed Potatoes With Yellow Cheese, Dill And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

6 potatoes
100 grams of cheese or other favorite cheese
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 sprigs of dill
2 sprigs of thyme
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon oil

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes without peeling them. Boil them whole until ready.

 

Let cool slightly, place in a suitable container and flatten.

 

Grease each with oil and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

 

Then add a little chopped garlic and thyme leaves. Add a few drops of soy sauce.

 

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese or another type of cheese of your choice (in this case, Dutch is used).

 

Arrange the potatoes in a greased parchment-lined pan. An option is to wrap each one separately in foil.

 

Bake in the oven (180 degrees) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
