Required products :

1 kg of potatoes
250 ml of fresh milk
50 grams of butter
200 grams of spinach
2 tablespoons tomato paste
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and cook until tender in salted water, which then drain.

Boil the milk, pour it over the potatoes and mash until smooth. Add the butter and mix everything until smooth.

 

Next is the coloring of future "waves".

If you use frozen spinach, first thaw it and drain the liquid. If you have fresh - put it in boiling water for 2 minutes, take out in a sieve and grind.

Divide the puree into 3 equal parts. In one add the prepared spinach, in the second - the tomato puree, and the last leave without additives.

 

Thoroughly mix the two mixtures to color the potatoes in the appropriate colors.

 

"Arm yourself" with a pastry syringe and with its help and a suitable nozzle form multicolored waves in a fireproof dish. Place it in the oven and bake the dish at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
