Grease a cake pan or pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream and beat until smooth.
Add the flour, salt, pepper, paprika and stir. Add sliced pickles, peas, carrots, olives and stir.
Pour the mixture into the mold, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, cut and serve the omelette, garnished with sour cream.
