cut the tomatoes and peppers into medium-sized cubes (which you have previously cleaned from the seeds), cut each of the olives into several circles.
Peel an onion, chop finely, then fry in oil until transparent (in the meantime do not forget to stir). Then add the pieces of tomato, pepper, garlic and olives. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring.
Then put the green spices in the bowl and stir again.
Beat the eggs with the cream, season.
In a pre-greased pan, distribute the vegetables evenly, and on them crush feta cheese or grate yellow cheese. Pour over the eggs and bake in the oven (degrees to 190) until the surface acquires a yellow crust.
Serve the omelette hot.
