Beat two of the eggs with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar, pour the milk and oil, pour the flour into the mixture. Beat once more and leave the dough for 10 minutes.
During this time, make the filling and stuffing.
Beat the sourdough with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of flour, add a pinch of salt and stir.
Wash the spinach well, dry it, remove the thick and hard stems, and cut the leaves. Mix the cheese with the cottage cheese and the last egg, add the spinach and stir.
Bake pancakes from the dough (fill about 2/3 of the ladle for 1 pancake), first heating the oil in the pan. The pancakes should become slightly golden on both sides.
Spread each with 2 tablespoons of the filling, roll up and arrange in a greased pan.
Cover them with the filling and place in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 25-30 minutes (or until golden).
Then cut and serve.
