  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 80 grams of melted cheese for spreading
  • 300 grams of chicken fillet
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 150 milliliters of unsweetened cream
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt, pepper, lemon juice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Make the dough for the pancakes. To do this, beat the eggs, add the milk, flour, salt, sugar and parsley. Mix until homogeneous and scoop out the mixture with a ladle. Bake the pancakes in a hot pan and cool.

In the same pan, heat half the butter and fry the finely chopped onion. Add the sliced ​​chicken and melted cheese. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste and chopped fresh dill. Cool the mixture, spread it on the pancakes, sprinkle with cheese and wrap them.

Arrange them in a greased pan. In a saucepan, heat the remaining fat, fry the chopped mushrooms. Mix the cream with the flour, pour over the mushrooms and stir until the sauce thickens.
