Required products :

3 large paradise apples
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons ground roasted walnuts
1 tablespoon liquid cream
100 grams of Dutch cheese
1 raw egg white

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the apples of paradise and place them on the kitchen counter with the bottom up.

 

Using small scissors, cut circles from the crusts with a diameter of 2-2.5 centimeters.

 

Then, with a teaspoon, carve the inside, leaving about 5 millimeters of the flesh on the walls.

 

Such cups are obtained.

 

Cut half of the soft part of the fruit into small pieces, you can eat the rest.

 

Grind the roasted walnuts.

 

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

 

In a suitable bowl, mix the nuts with the chopped persimmons, add the pieces of cheese and honey. Stir.

 

Add the protein to the cream, mix and pour over the other products.

Fill the fruit cups with this combination.
