How To Cook Baked Pasta Casseroles With Corn, Vegetables And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 100 grams of canned corn
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 50 milliliters of cooking cream
  • left

Method of preparation :

Boil your preferred pasta in salted water, then drain. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the pasta and stir.

Onions, peppers and carrots cut into small pieces. Heat the remaining amount of olive oil (1 tablespoon) and fry the onion in it. Then add the pepper, carrot, salt, you can season with oregano and stew the vegetables until cooked.

Beat the eggs with the cream and mix with the pasta. Add the vegetables and corn.

Grease pots with oil and distribute the mixture in them. Bake for about 20-25 minutes in the oven (190 degrees).
