How To Cook Baked Pasta With Sausage, Olives, Parmesan And Aromatic Sauce - Recipe

Method of preparation :

  • 500 grams of pasta
  • 300 grams of canned tomatoes
  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • 200 grams of sausages or sausages of your choice
  • 100 grams of olives
  • 100 grams of parmesan
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic

For the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 7-8 grains of black pepper
  • 3 sprigs of basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Transfer them to a colander to drain the liquid.

Cut the sausages / sausage into circles and fry in hot olive oil. Add the red pepper, the olives (pitted) and a minute later remove the pan from the heat.

Cut the fresh tomatoes into cubes, grind the canned ones together with the garlic cloves and mix in a deep pan. Stew on low heat for 3-4 minutes and combine the sauce with the already cooked pasta.

Crush the black peppercorns, basil and garlic using a blender. Mix the spices, pour olive oil, add salt and beat again.

Transfer the pasta with the tomatoes to a pan, pour over the garlic dressing and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake the dish for 4-5 minutes in the oven at medium temperature.
