Required products :

several pears (hard varieties)

a handful of nuts

a handful of different raisins

2 tablespoons butter

2 - 3 teaspoons of sugar

vanilla

1/2 tea glass of white wine

1/2 teaspoon water

For the sauce :

the inside of the pears

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons condensed milk

1 tablespoon liqueur of your choice

Method of preparation :

Wash the pears well, cut off the "caps", carve the inside of the fruit with a spoon. Cut the walnuts and raisins. Knead the butter, add the walnuts, raisins, sugar, vanilla and mix everything well. Fill the pears with this combination and close with the lids. Arrange them in a bowl in which you have mixed the water and wine. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.

Make the sauce by mixing the soft part of the pears with a little water and cook briefly until soft. If necessary, grind with a blender. Add the condensed milk and liqueur, put the mixture on the stove and cook for a few minutes until the alcohol evaporates.

Arrange the stuffed baked pears in a suitable plate, pour the sauce over them and serve.
