Learn how to cook "Baked potato rings in a package of bacon with yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

750 grams of potatoes
40 grams of butter
300 grams of smoked bacon
salt and ground black pepper to taste
150 grams of grated yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles (if you use fresh, do not peel them).

Grease a square shape with a side length of about 24-26 centimeters with oil and on the bottom and walls arrange tightly strips of bacon to protrude slightly from the dish.

Put 1/3 of the potatoes on the bottom of the bacon, season with salt and ground black pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Continue in the same sequence, forming 3 layers of potatoes, not covering the latter with yellow cheese.
Close the potatoes with the bacon and put a piece of butter in the middle. Cover the dish tightly with foil and place in the oven for about 60-75 minutes.

When you take the pan out of the oven, remove the foil and let the dish stand for 10 minutes. Then turn over on a suitable flat dish. Cut into pieces and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
