How To Cook Baked Potato Rings With Tuna Topping And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper, cumin, salt

About the topping:

  • 50 grams of tuna pate
  • 50 grams of cream cheese
  • lemon juice to taste


Method of preparation :

Cut the potatoes (without peeling them) into circles 0.5 cm thick. Pour them into a bowl, sprinkle with spices and pour olive oil. Stir and let stand for a quarter of an hour.

Then arrange the slices in a pan on a sheet of parchment and bake for 15 minutes in the oven (preheat it to 200 degrees).

Meanwhile, make a gentle topping by mixing tuna paste with cream cheese. Mix them until smooth and pour lemon juice to taste.

When you take the finished potatoes out of the oven, wait for them to cool a bit and put some of the pate on each circle.

Decorate the dish with green spices and enjoy it.
