How To Cook Baked Potato Soup With Cream, Cream Cheese And Bacon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of diced potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 5-6 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 50 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of sour cream
  • 50 grams of grated cheddar
  • 1-2 tea cups of fresh milk
  • 80 grams of toasted bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stalk green onion for garnish

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grease a pan and put the potatoes with onions. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool and pour the vegetables into a bowl.

Pour hot broth, add the remaining oil and puree until smooth. Add the cream, cream cheese, cheddar, salt and pepper to taste. Beat again and add the milk.

Stir until the ingredients are smooth and pour the mixture into bowls. Garnish with toasted bacon and garnish with chopped fresh onions. Serve and enjoy the taste.
