How To Cook Baked Potatoes In Cream With Tomatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • yellow cheese and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin circles. Pour them into a bowl and sprinkle with spices. Stir with your hands.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. If you prefer, scald and peel in advance.

Beat the eggs with a little salt, add the cream and beat again with a fork until smooth.

Pour this mixture over the potatoes, stir and transfer to a pan. You can use a glass, silicone, metal or pan without a handle.

Arrange the tomato rings on top, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. Between 20 and 40 minutes are needed, check the readiness of the potatoes.

Cool the dish and serve.
