How To Cook Baked Potatoes In Duck Butter With Garlic And Thyme - Recipe

Required products :

  • 5 tablespoons duck fat
  • 200 grams of potatoes
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 8 sprigs of thyme
  • sea ​​salt

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

Peel and slice the potatoes.

Boil them lightly for 7-8 minutes, until semi-finished. Strain them and carefully place them in a colander and drain the excess liquid.

Put the duck fat in a fireproof pan and place in the oven for 5 minutes.

Add the strained potatoes to the pan with the fat, then sprinkle with the unpeeled garlic cloves, thyme and sea salt. Stir to cover all the potatoes with fat.

Return to the oven and bake for another 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
