Finely chop the onion and fry together with the minced meat. When it softens and the meat turns red, add the two sauces (tomato and Worcester), season to taste. Stew for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Meanwhile, boil the potatoes (unpeeled). They should not soften but remain slightly raw.
Cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the core with a spoon.
Fill with the meat mixture and sprinkle with the yellow cheese you have previously grated.
Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes to get an appetizing finish.
