Required products :

  • 6-7 medium potatoes
  • 5-6 small apples (sweet, yellow / golden superb)
  • 250 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt or to taste


Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin circles (about a millimeter). Arrange in a pan, add salt, olive oil, stir and place in the oven.

During this time, peel the apples, cut into four, remove the core with the seeds. Cut the fruit into straws half a centimeter wide.

When the potatoes are semi-finished, add the apples, pour the cream, stir and return the dish to the oven to bake until the potatoes are fully cooked.

An appetizing golden crust should form on the surface (40-45 minutes).
