How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Egg Sauce And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 20-22 small potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 170 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • pinch of ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 150 milliliters of water


Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, wash and make several incisions in each length, cutting completely (there should be a few uncut centimeters left at the base).

Put them for 15 minutes in boiling and pre-salted water, then take them out and arrange them in a pan greased with oil, the potatoes should be with the cuts facing up. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
