Learn how to cook "Baked potatoes with aromatic cheeses and bacon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 6 pieces of bacon, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons white flour
  • 2 tea cups cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons cheddar - grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon chives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Fry the bacon until crispy, then place it on paper, it will absorb the excess fat from it.

In another pan, melt the butter and fry the garlic in it until it releases its aroma. Add the flour and stir, a minute later season and add the broth and cream. When the liquid starts to thicken, remove from the heat.

Peel and slice the potatoes (it is best to use a grater).

Spread the white cream sauce on the bottom of a ceramic pan and arrange 1 row of potatoes, season them. Top with more sauce and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and slices of bacon.

Alternate 3-4 times until the products are finished, finishing with cheese and bacon on top.

Bake until the potatoes are ready, waiting for the dish to cool slightly for at least 15 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions.
