How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Leeks And Milk Sauce With Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 500 grams through

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes thoroughly (without peeling them) using a sponge. Then boil them and then peel.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

Cut a stalk of leek to the place where the dark part turns into light. Slightly dissolve the feathers and wash thoroughly.

Then cut the stalk into circles, pour them into the hot vegetable oil, season with black pepper, add salt and fry until slightly softened. Remove to a plate.

Put the butter in the same pan and wait for it to melt. When this happens, pour the flour and fry it a little, stirring.

Pour a thin stream of milk and bring to a boil. At this point, add the grated cheese / yellow cheese and cook the aromatic sauce until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the leeks into a suitable large bowl or divide into 4 small ones. Drizzle with the sauce and arrange the potatoes, cut into circles, on it. Add salt and grease with oil.

Bake for 20-30 minutes in the oven (until golden).

Serve the potato dish hot with a vegetable salad.
