How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Mayonnaise Sauce, Lemon Juice And Mustard - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • ground black pepper to taste

For the sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice and Dijon mustard


Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 200 degrees.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium-thick circles, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon of salt, a little black pepper and stir.

Spread them in a pan (one row) on a sheet of parchment and bake until covered with a yellow crust (about 40 minutes).

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Make a sauce by mixing mayonnaise with mustard, lemon juice, chopped or crushed garlic and the rest of the salt.

Serve the potato rings with it.
