How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Melted Cheese And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 160 grams of melted cheese
  • 400 milliliters of sour cream
  • spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 180 degrees. While it is heating, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles, which you wash with cold water and dry.

Then put them in a pan and pour the cream, add salt.

Place the pan on the hob initially at a moderate temperature, after 5 minutes reduce it to low and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Rub the bottom and walls (inside) of a pan with garlic and oil and put 1/2 of the potatoes. Cover them with half of the melted cheese and cream, season.

Next is a second row of potatoes, again cheese, cream and place the pan in the oven.

After an hour of baking at 180 degrees, the potatoes will be ready.
