How To Cook Baked Potatoes With Onion, Thyme And Vinegar - Recipe

Required products :

750 grams of small potatoes
350 grams of small onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 sprigs of thyme
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Cut the potatoes into two parts (if you prefer, peel), onions also cut into 2-3 parts.
Put the potatoes in a pan, onions on them, add olive oil and mix well. Cover with foil.
Place the dish in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, increase the temperature to 200 and let the potatoes cook for 20 minutes.
Then increase the temperature to 230 degrees, remove the foil, season with salt and pepper, pour vinegar and put the thyme.
Return the dish to the oven for another 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
