Required products :

1.5 kilograms of potatoes

3 - 4 onions

8 - 10 sprigs of thyme

50 - 60 milliliters of olive oil or vegetable oil + 2 tbsp

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and slice the potatoes (with fresh it turns out much tastier). Put them in a saucepan of water and let them boil for about 5 minutes. Then drain the water and transfer them to a suitable container, add salt, pepper and 50 - 60 milliliters of olive oil or vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
