How To Cook Baked Rice Dessert With Milk, Eggs And Vanilla - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of rice
  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 300 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)


Method of preparation :

Pour the rice into boiling water, after a few minutes transfer to a colander and drain the water. Drizzle the berries with fresh milk, sweeten with sugar and cook until the milk evaporates.

Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar, add the yolks and beat once more. Then pour the rice and stir.

Beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar and gradually add to the rice-milk combination.

Take a suitable baking dish (it is best to use a silicone mold) and transfer the rice into it, scooping with a slotted spoon. Drizzle with the remaining milk-egg liquid, level about 2 inches above the rice layer.

Bake the dessert until ready (about 50 minutes).

Submit it chilled.

If desired, you can add lemon peel when making, as well as decorate the finished sweetness with pieces of kiwi and / or mint leaves.
