How To Cook Baked Salmon With Potatoes, Bacon And Peas - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of small potatoes, cut in half
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 150 grams of smoked bacon, cut into cubes
  • 700 grams of salmon fillet
  • 200 grams of peas
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • white wine vinegar
  • a handful of fresh mint, chopped

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 220 degrees.

Season the potatoes with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and spices to taste. Bake in a pan for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the pieces of bacon and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy.

Remove the pan, push the potatoes and bacon at one end and place the salmon. Season with spices and olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is ready.

Boil the peas in boiling water until soft. Drain and combine with green onions, baked potatoes and vinegar. Add fresh mint and season to taste. Serve the vegetables with roasted salmon and enjoy their pleasant aroma and taste.
