Required products :

1 pork knuckle
8 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
ground red pepper to taste
1 tablespoon a mixture of favorite spices of your choice (for example: coriander, ground red pepper, thyme, hot pepper)
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Thoroughly scrape the skin of the shank with a knife, then wash. Make uniform incisions on the surface, which you fill with peeled and sliced ​​garlic.

 

Add the mix of aromatic spices to the mayonnaise and rub the shank with the resulting marinade and red pepper.


Put in a sleeve (or use aluminum foil), then in a tray.
