How To Cook Baked Spinach Bites With Bread And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 350 grams of frozen spinach
  • 1 small onion
  • clove chopped garlic
  • 4 slices of bread (white)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons yellow cheese (pre-grated)
  • pepper (ground black) and salt

 

Method of preparation :

Thaw the spinach and drain the liquid by squeezing it with your hands. Bake the bread slices in the oven for 3 minutes on each side. They should dry out and acquire a light golden color. Then turn them into crumbs using a blender.

 

Cut onions into small cubes, finely chop garlic.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add the spinach (chopped), onion, garlic, breadcrumbs and grated cheese.

 

Mix well, you will get a thick mass.

From it, form small (as much as a walnut) balls (with wet hands), arrange them in a pan (cover the bottom with parchment) and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
