How To Cook Baked Stew With Tomatoes, Beans, Corn And Mackerel - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1-2 mackerel, fresh
  • 1 head of old onion, finely chopped
  • 5 ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons canned beans
  • 50 milliliters of tomato juice
  • 30 milliliters of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • fresh coriander leaves
  • salt, pepper
  • hot red pepper to your taste
  • 1/3 tea glass of red wine
  • 1 green hot pepper
  • sprig of fresh parsley
  • grease for stuffing

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a saucepan, heat the fat and fry until golden onion. Clean, rinse and cut the fish into pieces. Add it to the onion along with the finely chopped tomatoes and peppers. Stew for two minutes, stir and add the tomato juice, puree and sugar so that the stew does not sour.

Season the dish with salt, black and red pepper, pour the corn, beans and pour the wine. Let the dish simmer on low heat for 10 minutes and transfer it to a suitable pan.

Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander and parsley. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. If desired, cover the container with a sheet of aluminum foil to prevent splashing. When ready, pour portions and serve.
