How To Cook Baked Tomatoes With Yellow Cheese And Stuffed With Cream, Walnuts And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Baked tomatoes with yellow cheese and stuffed with cream, walnuts and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 large tomatoes or 8 medium
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 100 grams of sour cream (low fat)
  • 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
  • salt and spices to taste

Preparation :
Cut the top of the tomatoes (lid), then carefully remove the soft inside to obtain "containers" to fill with fragrant stuffing.

Make the latter by mixing the cream, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, walnuts and salt to taste. You can also add a little of the cut inside of the tomatoes.

Fill the "bowls" with the resulting filling and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Tomatoes can be eaten cooked just like that. But it is also very tasty if you bake them in the oven. To do this, close them with the "lids" that you cut at the beginning, and place in an oven preheated to 150 degrees until the cheese melts.
