Learn how to cook "Baked whole potatoes stuffed with ham and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
6 large potatoes
For the filling:
2-3 cloves garlic
300 grams grated yellow cheese
300 grams grated ham
dill to taste
butter
salt
Method of preparation :
Wash the potatoes without peeling them beforehand. Dry them and wrap each one in foil. Bake them in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for about an hour.
Mix the grated ham and yellow cheese, add chopped dill to taste or another preferred green spice.
Cut the finished potatoes in half lengthwise, but do not divide into two parts. Mash the inside with a fork directly into the potato itself. Put a piece of butter, add salt to taste and distribute the filling.
Of course, you can experiment with the filling, for example, use your favorite salad, sauce, ham or other sausage, add garlic, also pickles, etc.
When you have filled the potatoes, return them to the oven for a few more minutes to bake.
