Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of pie crusts
  • 200 grams of whole ground walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons water
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 5 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 eggs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a cake pan, grease the crusts with melted butter and cover the bottom with them. Separate 1-2 crusts for sprinkling, prepare a bowl and put the cream cheese, mascarpone, vanilla, powdered sugar and ground walnuts.

Mix the ingredients until homogeneous and distribute the resulting cream in the bowl. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, wrap the edges of the crusts, sprinkle with crushed crusts and bake for 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup.

Mix the sugar with the water, cinnamon and lemon juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil over low heat until thickened. When the cake is ready, cool and syrup with the resulting syrup. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut and serve a piece of cheesecake baklava.
